Bu haqda Markaziy bank&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cbu.uz\/upload\/medialibrary\/d3e\/rexh1clyf67zfiogbaeoksc524qrhb0p\/Pul_kredit-siyosati-sharhi-_-I-chorak.pdf\">xabar bermoqda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oldingi ikki yildagi jadal o\u2018sishdan so\u2018ng ishlab chiqarishning o\u2018sish sur\u2019ati sezilarli darajada sekinlashdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avtomobil importi o\u2018tgan yili 2023-yilga nisbatan 7,1% ga pastladi. Joriy yilning birinchi choragida yetkazib berish hajmi uch barobardan ziyod kamaydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salbiy dinamika ikkilamchi bozorga ham ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatdi: avtomobil oldi-sotdisi bo\u2018yicha bitimlar soni 32,9% ga kamayib, 810 mingtani tashkil etdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eng ko\u2018p takliflar hamon yirik avtomobil bozorlari joylashgan <strong>Toshkent shahri va Toshkent viloyatida<\/strong> qayd etilmoqda. Markaziy bank buni talabning pasayishi, aholi xarid qobiliyatining pasayishi va mavsumiy omillar bilan izohlamoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Markaziy bank elektromobillar importining keskin kamayishini O\u2018zbekistonda ularni olib kirishni tartibga solish va <strong>qat\u2019iylashtirish choralari joriy etilgani <\/strong>bilan izohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shuningdek, 2023-yil mart oyidan boshlab yangi avtomobillar narxlari indekslarining ham milliy, ham xorijiy valyutada sezilarli darajada pasaygan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keyingi davrda <strong>so\u2018mda narxlar o\u2018sa boshladi<\/strong>, biroq dollarda umumiy pasayish tendensiyasi saqlanib qoldi. Markaziy bank kuzatuvlariga ko\u2018ra, 2025-yildan boshlab narxlar o\u2018sish tendensiyasini ko\u2018rsata boshladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joriy yilning mart oyida<strong> ikkilamchi bozorda<\/strong> yangi avtomobillar narxi o\u2018tgan yilning mos davri bilan solishtirilganda so\u2018mda 4,7% ga, dollarda 1,6% ga oshgan. Regulyatorning baholashicha, bunday dinamika mamlakat ichida yangi mashinalarga bo\u2018lgan yuqori talab fonida import hajmining pasayishi bilan izohlanadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foydalanilgan avtomobillar narxlari ko\u2018proq diversifikatsiyalangan dinamikani ko\u2018rsatdi. Dollarda ular 2023-yil sentabrigacha, so\u2018mda esa 2024-yil o\u2018rtalarigacha bazaviy darajadan yuqori bo\u2018lib qoldi. Keyinchalik ikkala holatda ham asta-sekin pasayish boshlandi. Markaziy bank buni iste\u2019molchilarning yangi avtomobillarga qiziqishi ortib borayotgani bilan bog\u2018lamoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avtomobil sotib olayotganda haydovchilar ko\u2018proq sifat, kafolatli xizmat ko\u2018rsatish, tejamkorlik va zamonaviy texnologiyalarga e\u2019tibor berishadi.
