Xususan, elektr avtomobillarining importi esa 16 mingdan 24 ming donagacha ko\u2018paygan. Gibrid mashinalar importi esa 42 foizga o\u2018sib, 17,48 ming donaga yetgan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bozordagi ushbu tendensiyalar fonida ko\u2018pchilik avtomobil xaridorlari uchun asosiy savol yuzaga chiqmoqda: benzin dvigateliga ega avtomobilmi yoki gibrid avtomobil \u2014 qaysi biri iqtisodiy jihatdan yanada foydali?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biznesreport.uz nashri ayni shu masalani tahlil qildi, keling, birgalikda ko&#8217;rib chiqamiz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sotib olish Narxi Taqqoslash<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An\u2019anaviy ravishda, gibrid avtomobillar yuqori texnologik tarkibiga ko\u2018ra benzinli transport vositalariga qaraganda qimmatroq bo\u2018lgan. Gibrid avtomobillarning o\u2018rtacha import narxi yil davomida 17,6 foizga kamaygan holda $23,570 dan $19,410 gacha tushgan bo\u2018lsa, benzinli avtomobillarda bu ko\u2018rsatkich atigi 6 foizni tashkil etgan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Narxlardagi farqning qisqarishi gibrid avtomobillarni ko\u2018proq odamlar uchun moliyaviy jihatdan maqbul tanlovga aylantirmoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soliq va bojxona to&#8217;lovlari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u2018zbekiston hukumati ekologik toza transport vositalarini ommalashtirish maqsadida so\u2018nggi yillarda bir qator muhim yengilliklar joriy etdi. 2023-yildan boshlab gibrid avtomobillar uchun bojxona to\u2018lovlari avtomobilning yili va dvigatel turiga qarab 15 dan 30 foizgacha belgilandi. Avvalgi tizimda amal qilgan dvigatel hajmiga asoslangan qo\u2018shimcha koeffitsientlar esa bekor qilindi. Bu esa import narxini yanada kamaytirishga yordam berdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bundan tashqari, ro\u2018yxatdan o\u2018tkazish va litsenziyalash jarayonlarida ham gibrid transport egalari uchun afzalliklar mavjud. Masalan, gibrid yoki elektr avtomobilda taksi xizmatini ko\u2018rsatuvchi haydovchilar 2030-yilgacha litsenziya to\u2018lovlaridan ozod etilgan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ammo 2025-yil 1-maydan boshlab ishlab ishlab chiqarilganiga 3 yildan oshmagan elektromobillar uchun 45 mln so\u2018m utilizatsiya yig\u2018imi <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/biznesreport\/12192\">undirilmoqda.<\/a> Bu pullar qayerga ishlatilishi bo\u2018yicha mart oyi oxirigacha ishlab chiqilishi kerak bo\u2018lgan tartibdan hozircha darak yo\u2018q.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bosh vazir 31 yanvarda imzolagan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lex.uz\/docs\/7361559\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qarorga<\/a>&nbsp;asosan, bu yig\u2018im miqdori:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ishlab chiqarilganiga 3 yildan oshmagan elektromobillar uchun 4 barobarga \u2013 30 BHM (11 mln 250 ming so\u2018m)dan 120 BHM (45 mln so\u2018m)ga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ishlab chiqarilganiga 3 yildan oshgan elektromobillar uchun 2,3 barobarga \u2013 90&nbsp;BHM (33 mln 750 ming so\u2018m)dan 120 BHM (78,75 mln so\u2018m)ga ko\u2018tarildi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 oy muddatda utilizatsiya yig\u2018imlaridan samarali foydalanish tartibi ishlab chiqilishi belgilangan. Bu tartib ishlab chiqilgani haqida hozircha xabar berilmadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avvalroq Kun.uz bu yangilik amaliyotda narxlarga qanday ta\u2019sir qilishini Changan Deepal S07 misolida yoritgandi: bojxona qiymati 22 800 dollar bo\u2018lgan bu modelni olib kirish narxi 3600 dollardan 6200 dollargacha&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kun.uz\/kr\/01865277\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oshmoqda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda tarqalgan videoda BYD Song Plus Champion&#8217;ni bojxonadan olib o\u2018tish to\u2018lovlari qanday o\u2018zgarayotgani&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/davletovuz\/22831\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ko\u2018rsatilgan<\/a>. Unga ko\u2018ra, 1 maydan e\u2019tiboran bu avtomobil uchun bojxona yig\u2018imi \u2013 937&nbsp;ming so\u2018m, 12 foiz QQS \u2013 37 mln 923 ming so\u2018m, utilizatsiya yig\u2018imi \u2013 45 mln so\u2018m \u2013 jami bojxona xarajatlari 83 mln 860 ming so\u2018mni tashkil etadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yoqilg\u2018i va xizmat xarajatlari<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gibrid avtomobillarni iqtisodiy jihatdan maqbul qiluvchi eng muhim omillardan biri \u2014 ularning yuqori yoqilg\u2018i samaradorligidir. Elektr va benzin dvigatelining birgalikdagi ishlashi tufayli yoqilg\u2018i sarfi sezilarli darajada kamayadi. Bu holat, ayniqsa, benzin narxlari o\u2018sishda davom etayotgan O\u2018zbekiston sharoitida yanada dolzarb bo\u2018lib bormoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025-yilning 1-aprelidan boshlab, mamlakatda AI-80, AI-91 benzin turlari, dizel yoqilg\u2018i hamda suyultirilgan va siqilgan gaz narxlari oshirilishi kutilmoqda. Bu esa benzinli avtomobil egalari uchun kundalik operatsion xarajatlarning keskin ko\u2018payishini anglatadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan qaraganda, gibrid avtomobillar egalariga xarajatlar jihatidan ancha barqarorlik taqdim etadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shuningdek, gibrid avtomobillarning texnik xizmat xarajatlari ham pastroq bo\u2018ladi. Regenerativ tormoz tizimi tufayli tormoz disklari kamroq eskiradi, elektr dvigatel yengil ish rejimida ishlashi sababli mexanik muhandislik tizimlariga yuklama kamayadi. Dastlabki sarmoya nisbatan yuqoriroq bo\u2018lishiga qaramasdan, u uzoq muddatda kamroq yoqilg\u2018i sarfi, arzon texnik xizmat va yuqori qayta sotish qiymati orqali o\u2018zini oqlaydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shunday ekan, transport vositasini xarid qilishda faqat narx emas, balki uning umumiy iqtisodiy samaradorligi, ekspluatatsiya xarajatlari va uzoq muddatli foydasi ham inobatga olinishi kerak.
