Natijada, aholining uy-joy bilan ta\u2019minlanganlik darajasi 2017-yilda <strong>15,7 kv.m.dan<\/strong> 2024 yilda<strong> 18,9 kv.m.gacha<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stat.uz\/uz\/matbuot-markazi\/qo-mita-yangiliklar\/60471-qaysi-hududda-aholining-uy-joy-bilan-ta-minlanganlik-darajasi-yuqori\">oshgan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uy-joyga bo\u2018lgan talab ham shu davr mobaynida o\u2018sib bordi. 2019\u20132021 yillarda uy-joy bozoridagi faollik sezilarli darajada oshgan bo\u2018lsa, 2022-yildan boshlab bu faoliyat barqarorlashish fazasiga o\u2018ta boshladi. 2019\u20132021 yillarda kvartira sotib olish bo\u2018yicha bitimlar soni har yili <strong>10% dan yuqori<\/strong> o\u2018sgan, ammo 2022-yilda bu o\u2018sish <strong>3,8% ga<\/strong> va 2023-yilda <strong>5,7% ga<\/strong> tushgan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Narx-ijara nisbati qanday?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toshkent shahrida uy narxlarini ijaraga nisbatan baholashda narx-ijara nisbati muhim ko\u2018rsatkich bo\u2018lib, 2025 yil 1-yanvar holatiga ko\u2019ra kvartira narxi <strong>11,2 yillik ijara haqiga teng<\/strong> deb <a href=\"https:\/\/review.uz\/oz\/journals\/view\/1-03-2025\">aniqlangan<\/a>. Markaz hisob-kitoblariga <a href=\"https:\/\/review.uz\/oz\/journals\/view\/1-03-2025\">ko\u2018ra<\/a>, uy-joy xarid qobiliyati \u2013 ya\u2019ni, shaxsning o\u2018rtacha daromadiga nisbatan uy sotib olish uchun kerak bo\u2018lgan yillar soni \u2013 ayrim hududlarda sezilarli farq qiladi.
